When you purchase a boilerplate or interact with the Produza ProLab ecosystem, we collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you.
- Account Data: Email address, name, and GitHub username for repository access.
- Financial Data: Processed securely via Stripe. We never touch or store your raw credit card numbers.
- Telemetry: Basic analytics (e.g., page views) to help us improve the storefront experience.
2. How We Use Your Data
We operate under a strict policy of data minimization. We only use your data to:
Provide access to the GitHub repositories you purchased.
Send critical security patches or architectural updates regarding your boilerplates.
Comply with international tax and legal obligations.
We do not, and never will, sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Security & Encryption
Because we build architectures for enterprise environments, our own security posture is absolute. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS.
Our backend relies on Google Cloud Platform and Firebase, inheriting their SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliance frameworks. Passwords (when applicable) are never stored in plain text, utilizing bcrypt or equivalent secure hashing algorithms.
